New, sealed item from Taco Bell. This 6" plush toy should sing Feliz Navidad but when I press his tummy, I hear nothing. Perhaps I am doing something incorrectly through the plastic, perhaps he has been in storage so long his battery is worn out. I have no idea. He is still sealed and adorable as he was in the late 90s.Thanks for looking!
